Our mission
A school that puts kids first, not profit
Beach Kids Da Nang is a non-profit worldschooling hub in Son Tra. We exist because we believe education should begin with joy. Not tests. Not homework. Joy.
Every cent your family pays goes back into the school. We don't take a profit. We use it to hire better teachers, buy better equipment, and keep the daily beach session running every single morning at 7:00 sharp.

How we think
Life should begin by having fun
Our whole approach comes from one simple belief: kids learn best when they're happy, active, and outside. Here's what that looks like in practice, every day.
Beach as classroom
At least one full hour every day happens on the sand. That's not negotiable. The beach at 13 Hoang Sa is our primary classroom. We do science there, maths there, and PE there.
Learning through play
We don't sit kids at desks and lecture them. They build, experiment, race, sing, and explore. The curriculum is real, but it's delivered through activities kids actually want to do.
Colorful, inspiring spaces
Our classrooms are bright and full of art, maps, and projects kids have made. Nothing is grey. Nothing is sterile. We want kids to walk in and feel excited, not anxious.
A real gym, not a corner
The gym is fully equipped for kids: balance beams, ropes, mats, weights, and open floor space. The 9:30 gym session isn't optional, because movement is part of learning.
Small groups, real attention
We keep groups small on purpose. Your kid isn't one of thirty. Teachers know their names, their quirks, and what lights them up. That's the whole point.
Non-profit, always
We're structured as a non-profit because it keeps us honest. There's no investor pushing for shortcuts. Every decision is made with one question: is this better for the kids?
Where we are
Son Tra: one of Da Nang's best-kept secrets
Son Tra is a peninsula district on the north-east side of Da Nang. It's quieter than the tourist strips, greener, and just minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in central Vietnam.
Our address is 13 Hoang Sa, right on the coastal road that hugs the western edge of the peninsula. You can walk to the beach from our front door. We do it every morning.
Da Nang has a direct international airport, a low cost of living, and a growing community of long-term expat families. It's one of the top cities in Southeast Asia for worldschoolers, and Son Tra is the best part of Da Nang.
